# Atlas OS v2.0 Release Notes

## Outcome

Version 2 turns the founder-first governance runtime into a connected business operating system. The existing seven-record executive loop remains intact and now shares canonical client, sales, delivery, and financial context.

## Added

- Workflow overview and four-part executive pulse
- Organization/person relationship profiles and interaction timelines
- Opportunity pipeline, weighted value, next actions, and versioned proposals
- Proposal acceptance and opportunity-to-project conversion
- Projects, health, milestones, acceptance criteria, and linked governance records
- Financial accounts, invoices, partial/full collections, expenses, transfers, derived balances, and project cash summaries
- Audited pending-to-cleared and void transaction corrections with automatic invoice recalculation
- Cross-workflow links on every work record
- Locale columns, request locale middleware, semantic direction, and RTL shell rules
- `atlas:status` non-destructive production readiness command
- Strict security response headers and CSP-compatible templates with no inline JavaScript
- Connected local demonstration data and end-to-end workflow/financial feature tests
- Current architecture research, workflow contracts, and reversible WHM deployment runbook

## Strengthened

- Tenant isolation now applies to authenticated HTTP tests even under the console kernel.
- Every workflow foreign ID is constrained to the active organization.
- Actor/opportunity/project mismatches are rejected.
- Invoice/account/payment currencies must match.
- Cleared collections cannot exceed invoice outstanding value.
- Transfers require distinct active same-currency accounts.
- Financial balances are derived from source transactions.
- Organization base currency is locked after the first commercial or financial record, preventing mixed-currency totals.

## Preserved boundaries

- AI remains disabled and isolated.
- No production demo password or public registration.
- Evidence storage remains private.
- No attempt to become a statutory accounting suite, full CRM, or generic project-management platform.
- English content ships first; Arabic/RTL infrastructure is ready, but unreviewed translation is not shipped.

## Clean-start note

The confirmed production state has no business data to migrate. Install v2 into a new database and parallel release directory, verify it on a temporary hostname, then change the production document root. Keep v1 available for code rollback during acceptance.
