# Blueprint-to-Product Source Mapping

The application is a synthesis of all fourteen supplied files plus the prior Atlas OS/W-BOS project decisions recovered from earlier work.

| Source | Product consequence in v2 |
|---|---|
| Business Model Canvas v2.0 | The Wizards is Customer Zero; founder-first value; evidence before commercialization; W-BOS is an overlay |
| Volume I — Executive Foundation | Model-driven identity, human accountability, one source of truth, use-before-sell discipline |
| Volume II — Company | Pre-product truth, The Wizards/Atlas boundary, founder-led governance, controlled registers |
| Volume III — Business Strategy | Narrow first product, stage gates, recurring-value logic, reversible investment decisions |
| Volume V — Customers | One workflow, 8–12 week proof, sponsor/operator, baseline, outcome, cost, limitations |
| Volume VI — Products | Runtime as only committed product; embedded Kernel; exact MVP record types and experience surfaces |
| Volume VII — Go-to-Market | Proof-led founder motion; relationship, opportunity, proposal, and acceptance evidence without unsupported public claims |
| Volume VIII — Financial Office | KPI source/formula/clock/target/confidence; source transactions, invoices, collections, expenses, project cash, no silent subsidy |
| Volume IX — Organization | Five practical user roles, one approver, DACI-style authority, office domains without fictional staffing |
| Volume X — Operations | One lifecycle, projects and acceptance milestones, exceptions by impact, service evidence, incident/change concepts, safe exit discipline |
| Volume XI — Risk Management | Visible owned risk, consequence/trigger/treatment, low tolerance for hidden or uncontrolled exposure |
| Volume XII — Investor Readiness | Auditability, controlled claims, evidence completeness, diligence-ready records without investor theatre |
| Volume XIII — Strategic Roadmaps | H0–H4 horizons, G0/G1 evidence gates, active-cycle window, go/narrow/repeat/defer/stop decisions |
| Volume XIV — Appendices | KPI field standard, risk template, responsibility matrix, glossary-aligned labels, evidence taxonomy |

## Project decisions retained

- Atlas OS is the personalized implementation for The Wizards; W-BOS is the reusable framework.
- The product is founder-first and centered on the Executive Workspace while connecting lead-to-cash and project delivery.
- The application is English-first, responsive, and designed for one shared deployment with organization data isolation.
- Initial practical roles are Founder/CEO, CFO, Operations Manager, Account Manager, and Assistant System Administrator.
- Uploaded documents and images must be privately stored and linked to operational context.
- Five executive-office domains remain governance concepts: Product & Experience, Architecture, AI, Implementation, and Business.
- Live AI is deferred; future intelligence must remain permission-aware, traceable, reviewable, and subordinate to human authority.

## Evidence boundary

The recovered project context included the Volume IV market conclusions even though that volume was not among the attached files in this build turn. Those conclusions inform restraint and evidence gates, but v2 makes no new market-size, competitive, pricing, or product-market-fit claim. It implements the operating evidence system required before those claims become actionable.
